Clare Roberts of Hummingbird Yoga offers Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga on a Tuesday morning and a Wednesday afternoon.

This class is suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (8 weeks post c-section) until your baby is actively mobile. It can benefit both you and your baby by:
Strengthening abdominal muscles and pelvic floor
Alleviating back and neck pain
Encouraging mum and baby bonding
Offering sensory stimulation for baby
Promoting relaxation and stress relief for mum and baby
