Aqua aerobics classes specifically designed for pregnant women from 28 weeks of pregnancy. Classes are held at Peel Swimming Pool and the National Sports Centre (NSC) in Douglas. These water-based exercise classes provide gentle support for the body and help alleviate pregnancy discomfort.
